Nurse Directed Care

• Eye drop administration

Memory Care

Our staff and Carepros are trained in care strategies to assist clients with Alzheimer’s, Cognitive decline or other dementia related diagnoses.

Our team will work with you and your family to ensure the daily needs of your loved ones are being met.

• Adaptive daily activities based on skill and cognitive level may include household chores, cooking, baking, exercise, music/dancing and other appropriate activities
• Medical condition monitoring/ changes in behaviors, mood and appetite
• Bathing, dressing, grooming
• Mealtime strategies

Hospice Support

The end of life process can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate. Clients can benefit from hospice at home, with family and familiar surroundings.

We can provide guidance, compassion and respect, to preserve your loved one’s dignity and honor their wishes. We partner with your family and other providers to ensure the focus is on what is most important. It would be our honor to assist your family through this time of need.

Support services may include:

Companion Services

Our Carepros are passionate about what they do and often build caring relationships with our clients that last throughout their time together. To us…it’s personal.

Companion Services is about socialization and activities but also includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, changing bed linens, medication reminders, transportation (Dr visits, errands and shopping) and other intermittent tasks so they can remain in their home with some additional support.
